Machine Cleaning and Painting

Stamping, Turning, CNC, Molding and Injection Machines, we’ve cleaned and painted all types of equipment and machinery. Our process generally involved cleaning with dry ice blasting for surface cleaning, a paint preparation wiping process and then we apply primer or primer then paint. Often this can be done during regular operations, or on off shifts or weekends.

Sometimes just cleaning the machines is enough, often they also need painted, but either way its an investment in equipment that can improve quality, extend the life of the equipment and create a better work environment that promotes worker engagement by brightening up the workspace which promotes pride in ownership and maintenance of the machinery.
